Anna Diaz joined the Delegate’s Team for Responsibility & Sustainability of the University of St.Gallen as of October 2024. As Project Coordinator for the Sustainability in Academia platform, Anna applies her experience in corporate sustainability to help promote sustainability in university curricula.

In addition to her current role at HSG, Anna holds lecturing roles at FHV – Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences and the University of Graz. Anna has a background in Biotechnology (BSc) and holds MSc and PhD degrees focused on integrating sustainability into product planning and development, with an emphasis on digital systems for sustainability information exchange.

“Sustainability in Academia” is a collaborative initiative between WWF Switzerland, the University of St. Gallen, and the Network for Business Sustainability. The platform aims to integrate sustainability into higher education curricula effectively by providing university lecturers with high-quality, curated materials and tools related to sustainability.
